The Camera’s Eye is the story of Roxanne, a young troubled war photographer who is haunted by nightmares of a father she barely remembers. While waiting for her next assignment abroad, she learns that her estranged mother is dying of cancer. Upon returning to her childhood home, Roxanne uncovers the gruesome truth about her family’s horrific past. The more she learns the more people around her begin to die. Sometimes life imitates art.

The Camera’s Eye has been accepted to be screened at the 1st Annual Atlantic City International Film and Music Festival on September 9th. The screening will take place at 8:45 P.M. at Apollo/Zeus Ceasars. Tickets are available through the Film Festivals website at http://acifmf.com/selection/film/.

At the Hoboken International Film Festival, The Camera’s Eye won Best Director (Wendy Shear), Best Editing (Ron Kalish) and was nominated for three other awards including Best Picture, Best Actress (Kate Forsatz) and Best Supporting Actress (Patricia Parker).
